In Simpson Bay we don't have many baby monitors, but there are LOTS of megayachts during the season, each with at least one WiFi network onboard...
Back when I used to work on the Leylon Sneed in St. Thomas USVI, we used hands-free, walkie-talkies when docking. There was one cruiseship dock that was famous for its baby monitor interference... fortunately we had BIG fenders :)
