This was today's special offering at the seafood section of our local French supermarket in Marigot, St. Martin. Quite a startling sight to see when you pop out of the aisle and turn the corner :)
The sign is for oysters (huitres) and not the price for the shark. Note the size of the shark by the lemon that is next to its mouth.
We bought brie & paté instead (which was absolutely yummy, I might add).
